Vapor units with Interlock 2 system
The mounting system holds and connects the anesthetic agent vaporizers. Vaporizers are designed to add a controlled amount of anesthetic agent to the fresh gas flow.
Up to two vaporizers can be mounted on the Fabius GS Premium Anaesthesia Machine.
Dräger Vapor® 2000 is an unheated, calibrated anaesthetic vaporizer for the enrichment of dry, fresh medical gas in anaesthesia delivery systems with accurately-controlled concentrations of vapour from liquid anaesthetic agents.
The concentration delivered is, for the most part, not influenced by operating and ambient conditions, such as temperature, gas flow and ventilation pressure.
D-Vapor – heated, calibrated anaesthetic vaporizer for the enrichment of dry, fresh medical gas with vapour of the anaesthetic agent Desflurane (Suprane) in concentrations of 2 to 18 vol.% in anaesthesia delivery systems.
D-Vapor is inserted in the fresh-gas line of an anaesthesia delivery system. The vaporizer is connected between the fresh-gas flow-control unit and the fresh-gas outlet.
Vapor Units with Auto Exclusion system
The Dräger Auto Exclusion vaporizer comfort mounting system is a new generation vaporizer interface for all Vapor 2000 and D-Vapor that will help simplify your routine, increase your efficiency and flexibility and avoid user error. The Auto Exclusion quick mount system effectively eliminates the possibility of activating more than one vaporizer at a time. Once one vaporizer is turned on, the other is automatically blocked. This translates to enhanced patient safety and reduced likelihood of significant user error.
Downward Compatibility and Functionality
You can continue to use Dräger vaporizers with Auto Exclusion plug-in adapter with the standard Dräger plug-in connector and the Dräger Interlock 2 system.
